The Turmag Drilling Machine is a hand-held rotary drill with sealed roller bearings and a pneumatic drive. It can be used with auger rods for dry drilling, or turbine scrolls for wet or air flush applications. Its light weight and high power make it ideally suited for rope access work.
The Turmag has been developed in accordance with state of the art technology with regard to efficiency, handling and operational safety. The machine pressure has been tested by Lloyds Beal Test Centre.
Advantages
Lightweight machine - easy to hold and use
Reduced operational vibration
Rotary valve handle - ease of operation
Features
Used for rock netting of cliff faces, rockbolting of cuttings, soil nailing embankments, gabion basket anchors, diamond core drilling and tunnel refurbishment
