Our FB200 low viscosity, high yield grout is used for many applications within underground mines. We have 20 years experience in using FB200 for stabilising rockfill to enhance stope extraction, constructing explosion rated ventilation seals, filling of large voids and constructing false pillars for pre-driven recovery roads.
We have developed variants for hostile conditions such as saline water, hot water and long distance pumping.
Typically pumped at a 2:1 water:powder ratio, FB200 can be used between 1:1 and 3:1 ratios depending on individual project requirements.
FB200 is supplied as a ready to use free flowing blended cementitious powder that only requires the addition of water in a suitable placing machine.

High yield, long life foaming grout primarily used for ventilation applications and cavity filling. Supplied as a ready to use free flowing blended cementitious powder that forms cement foam on mixing with water in a purpose designed placer.
Uses include explosion resistant ventilation seals, recovery of longwall face falls, backfilling behind steel sets, recovery of falls, rib stabilisation and general void filling.
We have installed ventilation seals throughout Australian coal mines for more than 15 years. We offer full roadway evaluation, design and contract installation of explosion rated seals.
