We can offer a full underground roadway evaluation, and the subsequent design and contract installation of rated and non rated stoppings. Our contract installed structures are fully rated and quality control tested to ensure construction is completed according to full design specifications. Rated man-doors designs can be provided to suit customer requirements.

Silent Seal® is a multi purpose, two component expanding sealant designed as a quick and efficient, air tight foam used to insulate, fill and seal gaps and voids. The cured sealant is chemically inert, non-toxic and non-reactive. Empty containers are fully disposable and no power source is needed for application.
Supplied in a ready to use pack including delivery hoses, spray gun and nozzles. The foam can be applied by simply opening the valves of the two separate component canisters, attaching a nozzle to the spray gun, directing the nozzle towards the intended application point and pressing the trigger. Can be sprayed onto any surface in any direction.
Applications include sealing around ventilation structures, sealing cable bolts holes prior to grouting, small cavity filling and containment barriers in underground mines.
To help ensure clean air in underground mines we offer a range of solutions that include automatic airflow regulators, secondary air control and plastic regulator drop boards.
In 2005 we developed a revolutionary new automatic airflow regulator, Blastflow®, for Hard Rock mines that can be retrofitted to existing regulator sites. Secondary fans can be combined with automated Blastflow regulators to allow the mine to control where and when air is placed. Ventilation on Demand (VOD) allows an underground mine's ventilation circuit to be electronically controlled delivering airflow efficiency, reduced electricity and rapid access to production areas.
To control air flow at stope accesses and draw points, ore passes and the general direction of ventilation throughout mine areas we offer ventilation blinds (QBC). Designed to suit specific size openings and can be relocated for re-use.
To control air quantities in an underground mine circuit we offer environmentally friendly, recycled plastic drop-boards.
For more than 20 years we have engineered, designed, supplied and installed steel ventilation control devices (VCD's).
Our steel VCD products and service solutions are customised to suit our customer’s site specific requirements and engineered to conform with the requirements of underground coal mine legislation. Our focus is to continually offer VCD product designs which are safe to handle and improve installation times. All VCD’s are equipped with convenient and rated lifting points, allowing easier and safety handling during installation.
To ensure the longevity of our products, all steel structures are sand blasted and coated with a high build acrylic resin applied directly to the bare steel as a combined primer and topcoat. Two-coat epoxy paints and galvanizing can be also provided on request.
We supply overcasts, machine doors (vehicle doors), man-doors, coffin seals, access hatches for seals, air-locks and consumables. We also provide 2, 5, 20 and 50 psi rated steel VCDs including consumables cast into stoppings, goaf seals and formwork systems (Tecmesh and Meshblock).
