CarboLith PL, Component A is a special waterglass component with additives. Component B is a modified polyisocyanate. Component C is a blend of additives improving the components and regulating the pot life of the mixture.
The curing of component A results in a silicate. Simultaneously a solid polyisocyanurate/polyurea is formed from the component B. Together, they form an interpenetrating network and a tough-elastic resin.
These resins are applicable over a wide range of temperatures and act effectively even against pressurised water.

CarboPur WX is used for stabilisation in wet or water bearing rock formations. It is used for sealing water tributaries from rock formations, dams, or shaft walls. It can be used in renovation of wet shafts, tunnels, sewers, or brickwork.
CarboPur WF is used for sealing against water under hydrostatic pressure from strata, dams or shaft walls, sealing and consolidation in water-bearing strata and against water under pressure.
CarboPur WS is used for curtain injection in tunnels, dams, or on shaft walls; sealing against water, stabilisation, consolidation and repairing of cracks &/or fissures.
CarboPur WFA is used for sealing strong water ingress, e.g.construction pits, pipelines, shafts, and tunnels.
CarboPur WT is used in sealing against water under hydrostatic pressure from strata, dams or shaft walls, repair of wet shafts, tunnels, channels and walls, sealing of under water concrete sheet pilings and diaphragm walls.
Special types with closed-cell resin structure were developed to increase ground impermeability or seal joints in civil structures.

For use in deep injection, grouting of medium-fine to larger cracks, fissures, honeycombs, injections of man-accessible sewer lines and tubes where high elasticity and flexibility is required.
